Chipper Kyle Farm Show Dates for 2008
Stadium Course at CKF
Chipper Kyle Farm offers competitions in a variety of disciplines. Come and try the mix-and-match CKF Event Derby; this is a unique opportunity for Combined Training. Riders jump a course with mixed stadium and cross country fences, that is about half as long as the usual XC track. Riders may choose to ride one or two dressage tests only, or enter more than one jumping division. Great fun, and a confidence builder!
June 15 -
28 - Exhibition Horse Trials
Schedule your own rides times on a day of your choice. Come alone or in a
group. Scores in all three phases to count toward Year-End Awards. All competitors
will receive rosette in farm colors.
Elementary (2'0"), Beginner Novice (2'6"), Novice (2'11"),
Training (3'3"), Preliminary/Training (3'6")
Fee $50.
June 29 -
Hunter Pace
3 or 5 miles, flat or jump, hutner or pasture fit.
Fee $30.
July 6 - Versatile
Horse Competition
Junior & Senior, Intermediate or Advanced, Jump or Flat divisions
Logs on the ground for jump division, pass through water for advanced. Trail
task stations on the cross country course. Rounds are timed.
Fee $40.

Hunter Jumper Show
Jump classes 12" - 3'6", flat classes & Leadline
All classes $12.
August 6
- Ride-Review-Ride Eventing Clinic
Dressage, Show Jump or Cross Country

Jumping course is half as logn as average cross country with stadium fences
mixed in. May enter more than one jumping class and more than one dressage
class. Dressage is optional. Letus know if you have a test of choice.

August 31 - CKF Schooling Trial
Elementary (2'0"), Beginner Novice (2'6"), Novice (2'11"),
Training (3'3"), Preliminary/Training (3'6")
Varied terrain; hills, banks, ditches, ravines, pass through water for BN,
good areas for galloping. All courses average for horses with some experience
at these levels.
Fee $80.
